Who we are
More than a soccer team
Our teams build athletic ability while cultivating the virtues of Jesus, growing leadership skills and championing teamwork, all within good sportsmanship.
We put personal growth ahead of athletic prowess. Thunder’s mission is to ignite a passion for soccer through strategic planning, loud sideline support from family and friends, player development, virtuous coaching, steady improvement, and the pursuit of victory.

What Thunder means to us
Six years ago Lucas asked to find a homeschool soccer team. This team has helped him grow in the game and in his leadership, but more important, in character and in his relationship with God. At Nationals the team won the sportsmanship award, voted on by the referees. They were more excited and proud of that award than anything else all season.
Valarie Pemberton, Thunder parent
Soccer helps you to learn how to work as a team, which will help a lot later in life.
Olivia Ortmann
So proud of the team, staff, and parents! This team has blessed many lives.
