Join us for seven Friday sessions of indoor skills training for Thunder players and friends of the club. Register each athlete below.

Camp Blue Ages 5–11 at registration · 12:00–1:30 p.m.
Camp Gold Ages 12–19 at registration · 1:30–3:00 p.m.
Cost $70 per athlete for South Side Thunder families · $90 per athlete for non-Thunder families
Wear A royal blue or gold shirt when possible
Bring Soccer ball; cleats (outdoor okay), turf or tennis shoes; shin guards; a full water bottle
Payment Taken on the first day of camp, cash or check made out to SSTS

5Release & consent

I hereby release and hold harmless from liability any South Side Thunder Soccer coach, volunteer, or staff in the event of any injury to my child not resulting from the negligence of any such coach, volunteer, or staff while my child is engaging in any South Side Thunder Soccer activity. I further consent to any hospital or medical care necessary for my child, and such medical care may be approved by my youth’s coach and physicians immediately employed in any medical facility where they may be treated, including all emergency treatments, which in the judgment of said physician, may be considered necessary or advisable for my child. I understand that this is a legally binding release and consent for the activities provided in consideration for this signed release and consent. I have carefully read this Release of Liability and Consent for Medical Treatment Form and fully understand its contents. Being aware of said contents, I sign of my own free will.
